The terms that govern the use of our website and services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal Ink Agency website (royalinkagency.com) and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Royal Ink Agency FZ-LLC ("Royal Ink", "we", "us" or "our") is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) Authority, United Arab Emirates (commercial registration 0000004095982), holding Creative Agency Media Licence No. 17010056 and Marketing Management Services Licence No. 47036877. Our registered address is Unit CWEP7117, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

2. Definitions

  • "Client", "you" — any individual or organisation that engages us or uses our website.
  • "Services" — the work we agree to deliver, as described in a proposal, quotation or statement of work.
  • "Deliverables" — the designs, content, code or other materials we produce for you.

3. Engagements

We engage through strategic retainers, multi-month corporate partnerships and comprehensive turnkey builds. The scope, timeline and fees of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work ("Engagement Agreement"). Where these Terms conflict with a signed Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails.

4. Fees and payment

  • Fees, payment schedule and currency are as stated in the Engagement Agreement and on our invoices.
  • Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
  • Fees exclude third-party costs — for example advertising budgets, software licences, domains, hosting or stock assets — which are billed separately or paid by you directly.
  • Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

We rely on you to provide accurate information, materials, access and timely feedback. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others and comply with applicable law.

6. Changes of scope

Work outside the agreed scope, including significant changes of direction after approval, may be quoted and billed as additional work.

7. Intellectual property

Ownership of final Deliverables transfers to you once we have received full payment for the relevant engagement. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, methods, templates and know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

9. Warranties and disclaimer

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as particular rankings, traffic, sales or revenue, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing as provided in the Engagement Agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date.

12. Data protection

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless the Engagement Agreement provides otherwise.
